Thinking maybe your business could use a little “freshening up”? Maybe you’ve gotten used to the same old stuff and you don’t even notice that you could be just a tad “outdated”. Here’s a few ways that you could give your business a little boost with just a small amount of change:
1. Change the design of your business card. A new color or design may be in order. Or have you been caught crossing off old info and writing in the new? Maybe switch from a horizontal to vertical card. Add your photo. Add Facebook or Twitter URL’s. Another thing that’s worth looking over is the quality of your cards. Card stock, fonts and images also reflect the image you want to portray to your potential clients. Remember, business cards are often your “first impression”.
2. Design a new logo. A name change would be the most obvious reason for a new logo, but here are some other things to consider. Is your logo portraying the right image? Does it go with your current marketing materials? You might like to add or delete your tagline. Has your ever growing business recently outgrown the logo?
3. Update your website. Are you blogging now? Do you have more or less products or services to sell? Need a place for customers to download brochures or coupons? Want to direct clients to your Facebook page? Maybe all you want to do is just add your new YouTube webmercial.
These are all reasons to take a good look at your marketing materials and see if they need to “freshen up”.
